Lupine seed extract
A unique extract is produced from our sweet lupine seeds, which contains the valuable lupine protein and gives the product its typical flowery taste and natural color.
Rice syrup
Rice syrup is a natural sweetener and gives the product its subtle sweetness.
Oligofructose is extracted from chicory root and is a soluble dietary fiber that supports intestinal transit.
Rapeseed oil
Rapeseed oil is obtained from rapeseeds and replaces milk fat. It gives our drink a pleasant consistency and milky cloudiness.
Stabilizer: gellan
Gellan is a carbohydrate and serves as a gelling agent. It gives the drink a creamy consistency and prevents bottoming.
Tricalcium phosphate
Tricalcium phosphate is a source of calcium and helps the body build healthy bones.
Riboflavin [B2]
Vitamin B2 plays a central role in the metabolism of the human body. It is also colloquially called growth vitamin.
Vitamin D2
The best-known function of vitamin D is its involvement in bone metabolism. Among other things, vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium and its incorporation into the bones. It thus plays a key role in bone mineralization.
Vitamin B12
The body needs vitamin B12 for energy metabolism, for the formation of blood cells and for building the nerve sheaths. It is one of the few vitamins that humans cannot produce themselves.
Acidity regulator: dipotassium phosphate
Turns into a secret hero in coffee: Dipotassium phosphate prevents protein from flocculating when the Barista Drink is poured into coffee. It softens the natural acidity of the coffee.
