Irresistibly juicy blueberries and black currants pose on a creamy red carpet of vegan Lughurt. The crowd awards them with happy faces and sparkling spoons. Now with 30% less sugar but with the full-on fruity experience.
Water, lupine mixture 7.4% (water, lupine protein (1.5%)), sugar, coconut fat, maltodextrin, blueberries (3.6%), black currants (2.7%), modified starch, invert sugar syrup, thickener: pectin; lemon juice concentrate, flavor, vegan yogurt cultures (S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus).

We create vegan alternatives to milk products. That’s why we used milk as a model: Milk consists of approximately 87% water – that’s why our products also have a similar water content.
We reproduce the milk protein with a patented process by extracting the lupine protein from the sweet lupine seeds.
Let’s do it the honest way: Currently, we have decided against artificial sweeteners and enjoy the original. By the way, cow's milk also contains sugar: up to 5 g per 100 ml.
Modified starch also helps our products develop the desired consistency. Our starch is derived entirely from non-GMO corn.
We use unhydrogenated coconut fat to come as close as possible to the taste, mouthfeel and consistency of the milk product. The coconut fat provides the necessary structure and the pleasant creamy mouthfeel.
Our maltodextrin is obtained from corn and is used for creaminess in our products. It has a neutral taste and is not too sweet. Maltodextrin falls into the group of carbohydrates.
Invert sugar syrup
Our invert sugar syrup is obtained from sugar beets. Since it no longer crystallizes, it gives our products a creamy consistency.
Pectin is a vegetable product that serves as a gelling agent.
For us, it’s the flavorings’ job to support the natural taste as best as possible. However, we are working to reduce their share further and further.
Vegan yogurt cultures
The purely plant-based Lughurt is prepared according to the classic manufacturing process by naturally fermenting the mass of vegan yogurt cultures. Fortunately, it tastes much better than it sounds!
Lemon juice concentrate
Lemon juice concentrate is the concentrated juice from lemons (surprise!), which supports the mildly sour, fresh taste.
Blueberries are characterized by their high content of vitamin C and iron. They also contain secondary plant compounds that support cell renewal, fight inflammation and strengthen the immune system.
Like the blueberry, the black currant is characterized by its high vitamin C content and its large amount of secondary plant substances. It gives the Lughurt a tart, fruity note.
